申請人必須先下載本應用程式，並透過本應用程式進入「會員登記」頁面，登記姓名，身份證或護照號碼，手提電話及電郵地址建立 Sound Dept會員帳戶。每人只可申請一個會員帳戶。
此應用程式兩種會員類型，包括“粉絲”和“會員”，在申請者充值之前，其會員狀態為“粉絲”直至申請者支付充值款項。 充值/充值金額是固定的，只有4個選項，包括$ 19800，$ 23800，$ 49800和$ 99800。 基於每個會員有不同的充值金額，個別會員餘額將有不同的到期日， $ 19800 / $ 23800 (3個月)和 $ 49800 / $ 99800 (6個月)。 有效會員期內的其他充值將授予會員有效期延長，有效期將重新計算。 生日促銷有效期從生日前1週到生日後1週。 在此期間，充值的新加入會員或舊會員將獲得一張50％的優惠券。 優惠券的有效日期僅適用於一天，直到第二天的上午6點為止。

若有違反Sound Dept條款及細則、積分或會籍的使用構成未經許可行為、不檢行為、欺詐行為或其他非法行為，本公司有權停止有關人士參與Sound Dept及/或即時終止有關人士的會籍（不論是否發出通知）。本公司不會承擔因此而引起的損失或損害，並有權採取行動要求補償因任何違反會員計劃之行為而導致本公司遭受的任何損失。
Sound Dept會籍一經使用，即表示會員已接納Sound Dept條款及細則。
Terms & Conditions
General Membership Application and Eligibility
The applicant is required to download this Application and register for the membership with full name, ID No or passport no, mobile phone and email address to create Sound Dept Account in the Application. Each person may apply for one membership only.
In order to apply for the membership, the applicant must complete all mandatory fields in the application form in full and provide true and accurate information. Member his own benefit and rights would not be protect if incorrect data was fields up. The Company have the rights to reject and/or will not process the any incomplete or inaccurate application; and have the rights to frozen and/or cancel the membership; and reserves the right to decline any application at its sole discretion and without giving any reasons therefor.
Two member types are available including “fans” and “member”, the member status will be “fans” before applicant top up their membership, until the applicant make the top up payment. Top up/recharge amount is fixed, only 4 options including $19800, $23800, $49800 and $99800. The credit balance in each individual membership will have different expiry dates based on different top up amount, 3 months $19800/ $23800 top-ups and 6 months for $49800/ $99800 top-ups. Additional top-ups during valid membership period will grant members an extension of expiry date, the valid period will be recalculated.
Birthday promotion valid from 1 week before birthday to 1 weekk after birthday. During this period, any new join member or old member who top up will receive one 50% off coupon. Coupon valid date only for one day, until 6AM of the next day.
Personal data and is committed to fully implementing and complying with the data protection principles and all relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance ("the Ordinance").
Points Redemption Terms of Usage
Points will be calculated based on the net bill total after discounts (if any). $100 equal to 5 point. Base on the 100 multiple. Points will not be saved through corporate discounts, cash coupon, or service charges. Points are only valid for use during transactions happening in 6PM – 12AM.
All points to be expired in every 60 days starting from the joining date and points will be cleaned up and recalculated every 2 months.
It will take 7 calendar days after a transaction for points to be processed and credited to Members’ accounts. Points used will be deducted from the Member’s account instantly. When order to redeem the gifts, should request to use the Points. Points shall be expired upon the expiration of the membership. Any unused Points will be voided upon expiration of the membership. Points are not transferable and cannot be used in combination with or shared between other Member accounts the Member may have. In case of disputes, the Company reserves the right of final decision on Membership and Points matters.
Stored Value- And Value-Added Service
Top-up service available at the restaurant cashier. If the stored value amount is not enough for the transaction, the rest of the payment can settle by cash, credit card, and any other payment accept at the cashier. Member can retrieve the transaction record through apps or SMS message or from the receipt. The effective of the Membership is linked with the stored value service, the balance of the stored value to be automatic cancelled together with the cancellation of the Membership.
Malfunction / Loss of Member Account
In the event that the membership is lost or hacked, member shall immediately report such loss to the Company by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Member is responsible for the safekeeping of his/her Member account. The Company is not responsible for any loss suffered by member resulted from the lost or stolen of a Member Account. Membership is not transferable or assignable and is for the member’s personal use and benefit only. Verification of the member's identity may be required at the sole discretion of the Company. Member has no right to participate in the constitution, operation or management of the Membership nor any right in or any claim to any assets of the Company.
Termination of Membership
Members can terminate their Membership at any time by giving written notice to the Company. Any unredeemed Values and Points will be cancelled/forfeited and membership will be terminated. Any misconduct, fraud, misuse of points by any Member is found or failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions and/or any other related terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of Membership and cancellation of all Points with or without prior notice.
The Company reserves absolute right to terminate Membership at any time with reasonable notice, where reasonably practicable, without giving any reasons therefor. All rights and privileges of the Member shall cease upon the termination of the Membership and the Company will not be liable for any loss or stolen resulting therefrom.
In the event of any disputes arising from Sound Dept or the Terms and Conditions, the Company shall be the sole and final arbiter of such disputes and its decision shall be absolute and binding on the member. A Member's use of Membership is deemed to be an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of Membership without prior notice. All changes or amendments are effective once announce on the Application. Member should regularly check whether this Terms and Conditions has been modified via the Application, as the Member’s continued use of the Application indicates the acceptance of any change to this Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final.
Should there be any differences or inconsistencies between the Chinese version and English version of this Policy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
In general circumstances, your requests or enquiries will be handled within 14 working days after receipt of the same and verification of your identity.
